For reasons discussed in Vol. I, No. 3, Kyle (1) recommends the AntennaPod podcatcher for Android and the gPodder podcatcher for desktop and laptop computers; (2) could not find a free-and-open-source podcatcher for Apple mobile devices and so “recommends” Overcast as possibly the least-terrible option; and (3) calls upon listeners to boycott Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and especially Spotify.
Nevertheless, Proceedings is available in even such pernicious applications, that the Society might better reach the uninformed.
